#Inclusion4AllPA is a photo campaign designed to promote inclusion of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life.

"Inclusion for all" is consistent with the purpose of the Home and community-based (HCBS) Final Rule. The HCBS Final Rule says that people with disabilities who receive HCBS should have the option to receive those services in the community. It also says that people with disabilities should have choice and control in their day to day life.

About the Project
