TIPPS Self-Reflection: Trainings Aligned with Best and Promising Practices

Dear Early Childhood Educators and Administrators: Thank you for all you do to create educational spaces that are safe, stable, predictable, and nurturing. We know the work you do is hard! Trainings support educators and administers in using best and promising practices.

This self-reflection tool was developed to support you in considering the trainings you have received as an educator or administrator.

Next Steps

Reflect on the training topics and frequency that you apply training content to your classroom strategies. Are some content easier or harder to apply than others? Applying training ideas to practice in the classroom can be hard to do.

Think about the training you have received. Consider how each training has or has not been adequate or actionable to support your classroom as a safe, stable, nurturing experience.
