Partnering with Disability Rights Pennsylvania (DRP) and other organizations, the Institute joins the call to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to "make clear that the recent DOJ opinion will not change Pennsylvania's commitment to community living or its obligations under Olmstead, the ADA, and Section 504."

DRP and partners believe the recent U.S. Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel opinion about Olmstead v. L.C., the ADA, and Section 504 is incorrect.

"We chose to join in this letter to reaffirm the importance of community inclusion for all Pennsylvanians," stated Institute on Disabilities Associate Director of Policy Jamie Ray-Leonetti.
