Sandra McNally is Assistant Director of Assistive Technology (AT) Programs at the Institute. She works with TechOWL's eight subcontracted AT Resource Centers that provide our AT services throughout Pennsylvania, and with Pennsylvania's AT Lending Library. Sandi is a parent of two adults with disabilities, and holds a Masters Degree from Temple University.
