TIPPS Self-Reflection: Environment

Dear Early Childhood Educators and Administrators: Thank you for all you do to create educational spaces that are safe, stable, predictable, and nurturing. We know the work you do is hard! This self-reflection tool was developed to support you in considering the physical and social aspects of your building that may support children, educators, and families.

Next Steps

Reflect on the areas where you selected “Never.” Are they something that could be easily modified in your space? Modifying space to create warmth and welcoming does not need to be expensive.
