Raquel Mangual is the Research Project Manager at the Institute on Disabilities. She manages activities around the evaluation of the competitive integrated employment project, SWTCIE, and the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA), and other work surrounding disability-related research and evaluation projects at the Institute. Prior to coming to joining the Institute, Raquel provided direct community-based supports and supports coordination service to people with intellectual disabilities. She holds a Master's degree in social work from Temple University.
