As Lead Research Associate, Ms. Eaton heads program evaluation at the Institute and participates on the Research and Evaluation and Independent Monitoring for Quality research teams. She frequently presents at conferences and is a coauthor on several manuscripts. Jen is passionate about quality of life for people with disabilities, especially efforts to include and elevate the voices of people with disabilities in research. She has a master's degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University.
