As Assistant Director of Research and Evaluation, Dr. Eaton heads program evaluation at the Institute and participates on the Research and Evaluation and Independent Monitoring for Quality research teams. She has a PhD in Educational Psychology from Temple University. Jen is passionate about quality of life for people with disabilities, especially efforts to include and elevate the voices of people with disabilities in research. Her research interests include quality of life, literacy, self-determination and inclusion.
