As the Lead Research Associate, Dave offers his expertise in quantitative methods to various projects affiliated with the Institute on Disabilities. Before joining the Institute, he earned his Doctor of Education degree from Holy Family University. His dissertation chair was Dr. Brian Berry, Ph.D., a proud alumnus of Temple University. The focus of their scholarship was special education law and policy. As a current member of the Research and Evaluation team, Dave's work includes contributions to the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) and Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q). A passionate runner, Dave hopes to one day run a sub-4-hour marathon. An adamant traveler and reader, he dreams of one day visiting every continent and completing all of the listed Great Books curriculum of St. John's College.
