Technology Solutions Specialists

Seeking Self-Advocates

The PA Tech Accelerator is seeking eight regional self-advocates to become Technology Solutions Specialists!

Who should apply?

Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who:

  • ✔ Live in Pennsylvania and
  • ✔ Have an interest in technology, advocacy, and public speaking  

Technology Solutions Specialists will:

  • Participate in four leadership and technology trainings
  • Attend technology summits in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh in March 2025
  • Advocate for technology access in their local area
  • Build their resume for future careers
  • Be paid for their work

Applications will be accepted until December 20th, 2024. If you need technology to fully participate, devices and any needed support, including education on using devices, will be provided at no cost.
