How can I get the Emergency Communication For All application from the Android Market?

  1. Get an Android device and Gmail account.
  2. Start Market App [Play Store].
  3. Search for "ec4all" in search bar by magnifier icon.
  4. Tap on the purchase price to buy.
  5. Enter payment info (only for first app purchase).
  6. Tap on grid icon to go to all apps.
  7. Tap on EC4All icon to load EC4All.
