A Fierce Kind of Love, a project of Visionary Voices
Institute on Disabilities at Temple University

a fierce kind of love

A Fierce Kind of Love tells the untold story of Pennsylvania's Intellectual Disability Rights Movement, and celebrates the struggle, activism and fierce love that fuels the desire for dignity.

A Fierce Kind of Love is a year-long exploration of the stories - large and intimate - of the intellectual disability rights movement, and of what it means to create an inclusive society. Join people of all ages and abilities for a world-premiere play, a vivid new photography exhibit, and one-of-a-kind storytelling events.

For anyone who has ever wanted to be accepted, be heard or be loved for who they are.
