Finally, occupational well-being is how we contribute our time to our community or environment, such as working or volunteering.1

If we succeed within each of these six areas, we can consider ourselves to be on the right track to aging successfully. Now we will talk more about each wellness section and introduce some (made up) examples of aging people to help us explore well-being in a realistic way.
