How to Navigate
To ensure you have a good experience navigating within the modules, here are instructions on how to use each element.
You can use the menu on the left side to go to different slides.
When you finish reading or listening to a slide, click the "NEXT:" button to move to the next slide.

Notes and References
As we get older, we experience changes in our appearance and physical abilities.
For example, our hair may turn gray and it may take us longer to get up from a chair. We may also experience changes in other areas of our life, such as retiring from our work or discontinuing the day program we are attending. How can we continue to lead a happy and fulfilled life when we experience changes related to age? In this module, we will discuss changes we may experience when getting older, and how to age well.
