Dr. Patti StoudtDr. Patti Stoudt is a Homeschool Evaluator and Educational Consultant with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, an M.S. in Deaf Education, and an Ed.D. in Teaching and Learning, and is credentialed with two high school homeschool PA diploma programs. Dr. Stoudt wrote her doctoral dissertation on homeschooling children with special education needs in Pennsylvania and she and her husband homeschooled their three children, some with special needs, for 20 years through graduation.
