Proposed Heightened Scrutiny Information for Residential Service Locations

The purpose of this communication is to release for public comment the residential service locations that have been identified as requiring an onsite heightened scrutiny review from the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) as well as the proposed tool that will be used in conducting the review.

Public Comment period ended 11:59 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2020.
