Job Summary

The incumbent will support all aspects of public health initiatives at the Institute, including program recruitment and implementation, research data collection and dissemination, and coalition building. The specialist will contribute expertise as person with lived experience and make recommendations to improve reach and access across all health equity project activities.

The Health Equity Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Health Equity and closely with the leads of all health equity activities and all partners in the development and implementation of trainings, communications, and others aspect of the proposed efforts, outreach efforts with the various sectors who will be engagement in the proposed initiatives, and, overall, provide logistical and other support.

Activities include managing and coordinating projects, investigating solutions, documenting activities, drafting reports and policies, corresponding with others, developing procedures/protocols, and analyzing activities/outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and at least four (4) years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
